The same day we were going to have Ashton's family party, he was spinning around in the front room and fell down and hit his head right on the corner of the base board.  Normally we would just ice it, but it wouldn't stop bleeding.  We didn't know what to do.  We took him into the emergency room and they put this staple in his head to keep it closed. Poor guy!

Run With Heart

Ashton Did the 1k with the kids. It was great.  Annie (Ann Stewart) and I tried our first 3K. We had a great time and it was a good cause!
